SHAPE

This project, from UIC's DES318 Typography III: Dimension course, explores a constructed three dimensional typeface that is later translated into two dimensions. Sheets of plexiglass were laser cut into three primary shapes: circles, rectangles, and triangles. These primary shapes formed the basic geometric framework to construct each 3D letterform.
